Injury Evaluation

How Do I Get Started?

  1. Schedule a FREE 15 Minute Phone Consultation to talk through your medical history, previous challenges, and goals. This information is paramount in understanding which program or service is best for you.

  2. Meet in person for a Total-Body Checklist, an in depth look into your lifestyle, orthopedic assessment and movement screen. A comprehensive examination can help identify compensation patterns, muscle imbalances, joint restrictions, or trigger points that may predispose an individual to repeat or cause a different injury.

  3. Based on the results of the assessment, a customized training and/or rehabilitation routine will be created for you. The time to restore your active and pain free lifestyle is NOW!

Functional Training

Functional Strength Training

As most of us know, at approximately age 45 we start to rapidly lose muscle. Compound movements are exercises that utilize multiple joints, which recruits more muscles and emphasize control and strength. Although being strong is important, the body requires core stabilization to protect our spine, mobility to lubricate our joints, cardiovascular endurance to persevere daily activities, and so much more! As you can see, it is not just a weight lifting program!
